Abby had her 1st day of preschool! She had so much fun! She keeps saying that now she is a big girl and was so excited to have her own backpack and everything. Now she keeps saying she wants to ride the big yellow bus like her brother does. I told her she has to wait for that.
We took the kids to a little Fair in St George this past Saturday. They both really enjoyed it. Abby, still the little daredevil, liked everything, including the Ferris Wheel (that me and Dillon did not care for too much due to the height factor). Abby really enjoyed going on everything with her big brother and wanted to go back again and again. It was a great little family adventure. :)
As I mentioned on my page, me and Abby took a trip to Washington to visit my parents last week. The slide show of our trip is on my page. But here are some of my favorite pictures of Abby from the trip. :)
Abby had her 2nd year of swimming lessons this past couple weeks. She did awesome! She can actually swim (or more like doggie paddle) out to me now. This makes me rest a little more easy, because if she fell in a pool, I think she could get to the edge. Ever since the beautiful grandbaby of someone in our ward drowned, I have been extremely nervous about this. Abby loves the water, just like Dillon! I know once she gets it down...she is going to be a FISH like her big brother.
Abby turned 4 on June 1st! This was our first year actually doing a birthday party and inviting friends. We decided to have the party at a place called Pump It Up. Abby had been to a couple other birthday parties there and loves it. So we invited 25 friends to come and play. Friends from church and from dance classes and her cousins and brother. As you can see above, the kids and adults too, had lots of fun. My camera actually ran out of batteries before the cake. So we had to use Donna and Earl's camera. So I am still working on getting those pictures downloaded. But here are the pictures from the rest of the party.
One night while I was at work, I was talking to Chuck on the phone and I could hear Abby in the background. It was so cute! She made a sound like a ghost and said "Woooooo, I'm a ghost." Chuck took a picture of what she looked like above.
Abby loved looking for the Easter candy this morning! I wish we had a backyard so that the Easter bunny could have hid some eggs outside too. She is at that fun age right now!
Abby got a new hair cut. Isn't it cute! Of course you probably don't notice that, as you are wondering why she has stickers all over her face. :) What can I say? She is my crazy little girl that creates messes wherever she goes.
